The Effects of Art Therapy of Mother-Child on Problem Bahavior of ADHD Child

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to apply mother-child art therapy to the ADHD child with problem behavior. One ADHD child participated in mother-child art therapy. The child is a ten years old girl diagnosed as ADHD. To clarify the effect of this study, the result(change of problem behavior of ADHD child) in each experiment and home were analyzed qualitatively.
And before and after the experiment, DSM-Ⅳ, K-CBCL was done and the change was compared and analyzed. The results obtained from the study are as follows. First, mother-child art therapy is effective on the problem behavior of ADHD child in home. Second, it was found that ADHD child showed positive changes of behavior throughout sessoins.
